Restaurant Update: Per Governor Abbott, effective June 26, 2020, restaurants may operate for dine-in service up to 75% of the total listed occupancy inside the restaurant until 12:01am on June 29, at which time such restaurants may only operate at up to 50% of the total listed occupancy. Restaurants may continue to provide to-go or delivery services including alcoholic beverages.
Bar Update: Per Governor Abbott, effective June 26, 2020, bars or similar establishments that hold a permit from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TACB) and are not restaurants must close at 12:00PM June 26, 2020; provided, however, that the use of such bars or similar establishments of drive-thru, pick-up or delivery options for food and drinks is allowed to the extent authorized by TABC.
