Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa’s signature restaurant, Stories- Ranch Kitchen, is a Texas game house ensconced in a gorgeous rustic setting. The farm-to-table menu rotates seasonally under the resorts top chefs. No matter when you visit, Stories dishes always feature local and seasonal ingredients along with premium wild game cuts, gourmet salads, and more. On your way into the steak house, you’ll pass through Kesselus Hall, named after local author and historian Ken Kesselus. The foyer’s floor-to-ceiling bookshelves are home to the works of dozens of Texas authors. It’s where Stories gets its name.
