Reveal your spirit animal in a guided Meditation. Ever wonder why you dream of certain animals or even see them in real waking life repeatedly? Could they be connected to you on another level of consciousness? Discover who they are and ask them questions while experiencing a divine connection.
This 2 hour workshop will focus on meeting your spirit animal if you haven’t already and if you have, it will deepen your connection and perhaps even reveal a message they have been waiting to deliver. We will open with somatic movement and breathe work before diving into a deep guided meditation assisted with sound. At the end we will spend a little time discussing animals that were revealed and then describing/drawing them in our journals. Journals will be provided as well as colored pencils to use for the class.
Things to bring: - a mug or cup for reishi tea
