Natalie Metcalf was born and raised in the small town of Collyer, Kansas and although her country roots continue to be her greatest inspiration, she was always bound for the bright lights of a big city. She began singing in the second grade and from there took on everything from guitar and piano to the clarinet and tenor sax. She was a natural-born performer, finding life and passion on the stage as both a musical theater star and an artist/entertainer. She has taken the first place in her division in such esteemed competitions as The Wild West Festival when she was 13 years old as well as The USA World Showcase in Las Vegas when she was a sophomore in high school. Her junior year, she competed in American Idol and was a Hollywood Finalist. When she graduated high school, she set out for Tinsletown and has since flourished immensely. She attended Musician's Institute where she graduated with a Degree in Vocal Performance. While at school, Natalie asserted herself as a force to be reckoned with, garnering support from her teachers and peers alike. Her professionalism and poise are far beyond her years and she continues to be in high demand in the LA musical community. She currently sings in many bands and is also working on her own solo project, due out later this year. Her personal style is a unique mix of country, pop and southern rock, drawing inspiration from artists such as Alan Jackson, Jewel and Sheryl Crow. She writes songs with such a sweet and personal nature, the audience can't help but be captivated, and immediately enamored.
