Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa's  annual Mother's Day Brunch creates a memorable setting to celebrate Mom. Dine on breakfast favorites while enjoying a complimentary glass of champagne, fresh seafood bar, crisp salad with all the fixings, and sumptuous offerings such as carved house-smoked prime rib, carved roasted pork rack with grilled pears and braised leeks, seared chicken breast with lemon caper butter sauce and more. Desserts galore, too with mixed berry cobbler with fresh whipped cream, mini key lime pies, triple chocolate mousse and our crowd-pleasing chocolate fountain.
