Its time to celebrate you! We offer introductions, a warm-up to get moving, and then provide some very accessible dance choreo or circus apparatus training to 'dip your toes' into the world of aerials and just have some fun! Some months we also make the evening a Gym Mat Party / Movie showing! As the evening wraps, bubbly is offered to those over 21 or you can also BYOB to celebrate!
