Texas will be centerstage for a total solar eclipse on Monday, April 8, 2024!  In Bastrop, at approximately 12:20 pm, the moon will start to block the sun causing an (almost) total solar eclipse. The sun is expected to eclipse until 2:25 pm. We're located right outside the path of totality, making Bastrop a great place to view the eclipse without having to maneuver the crowds. Julie Bouchard is a solo artist from Bastrop, TX. She is known to cover anything from the current top 40’s to songs from the 80’s and 90’s. With a specialty in pop, Julie’s not above rearranging a tune for laughs. She enjoys writing and sharing her original music and covers with the local music scene.

Outside of music Julie is a middle school Theater Arts teacher in La Grange, TX.
