Enjoy an exciting tour of the Bastrop Museum with Mark Mowery, founder of the Idea Exchange Forum, an organization dedicated to enriching the lives of Bastrop's citizens. Mark is a knowledgeable and engaging local docent whose goal is to share his enthusiasm for Texas history. Please join Mark to learn all about Bastrop history in a beautifully-curated Museum that follows the historic time-line of our town from the age of the mastodons through World War II and up to the 2011 fires. Bastrop history is Texas history!
