Cinco de Mayo 4 Niños


The Bastrop Museum & Visitor Center is thrilled to host a free, family-friendly Cinco de Mayo celebration for children ages 12 and under on Saturday, May 4th, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

This exciting event, titled "Cinco de Mayo 4 Niños," promises a fiesta of fun for the littlest members of our community. Children will enjoy a vibrant mix of Cinco de Mayo-themed activities, including:

  • Games: Lively and engaging games that introduce children to the sights and sounds of Cinco de Mayo celebrations.
  • Crafts: Get creative with festive crafts that let kids express themselves and celebrate the day.
  • Coloring: Colorful pictures and designs related to Cinco de Mayo will spark children's imaginations and keep them entertained.
  • Kids' Video: Enjoy a captivating children's video that celebrates Cinco de Mayo traditions in a fun and educational way.
