Come see us in Bastrop as we celebrate Juneteenth, June 14 & 15, in historic Downtown Bastrop. This weekend freedom celebration will feature history, culture, music, food & fun for the entire family.

Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, is a holiday that commemorates the announcement of the abolition of slavery in Texas on June 19th, 1865, and more generally the emancipation of African-American slaves throughout the Confederate South.
