Grab the family or car lover in your life and head to Bastrop, TX for the 13th Annual Heroes and Hot Rod's Veteran's Day Car Show weekend! The Bastrop Area Cruisers Car Club is honoring American Veteran's with its classic car display and Veteran's ceremony in Downtown Bastrop, TX. This event is FREE for spectators and open to the public..

Festivities begin on Friday evening at 4PM with the Cruise-In on Historic Main Street. Come hang out with us as we watch beautiful, classic cars roll into town and get registered for Saturday's event. This is a great opportunity to snag photos of your favorite car and talk to the fine folks displaying them.

Saturday's Car Show begins bright and early, at 7am. This year's event is expected to attract 450-500 cars to be displayed along our historic downtown streets. 

Friday, November 9

  • 4PM - Cruise-In begins, Downtown Bastrop 
  • (Special discounts an entertainment at local venues and restaurants in the downtown area) 


Saturday, November 10

  • 7AM - Veteran's Day Car Show begins 
  • 10:30am Veteran's Day March and Tribute Ceremony; ALL military are welcome to join in the Veteran's March. To be part of this special event, please gather at 10AM in front of the Bastrop Museum and Visitor's Center, 904 Main Street, Bastrop, TX 78602

Awards will be given for 33 classes. Some of those categories include, best engine, best paint, best interior, etc. 

This event is brought to you by the Bastrop Area Cruisers which was founded in 1999 by 26 Bastrop area residents who love cars and enjoy the fellowship of others with the same interest. To learn more about the Cruiser's and what they do, click here! 

Proceeds from this event go to support Veteran organizations, The Bastrop High School Auto Tech Scholarships and other local charities.
